Pennelope Jo Lindquist, 6 days old, passed away on December 15, 2012 at South Bend Memorial Hospital.
She was born December 9, 2012 in South Bend,Indiana, Daughter of Brandon Lindquist and Amanda Niezgodski.
Surviving are her parents; brothers; Thadeous Niezgodski, Sebastian Niezgodski; grandmothers; Teffany Barnett, Stacy Lawrence, Julie Lindquist; grandfathers; Tony Lindquist, William Niezgodski Jr., Craig West, Steve Lawrence.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Theodore Niezgodski.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, LaPorte.
A time of visitation with the family will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at the funeral home.
