Rita Ann Ault., 81 of LaPorte, Indiana passed away Monday, November 17, 2008 in LaPorte Hospital.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Cutler Funeral Home. There will be a time of visitation on Friday, November 21, 2008 from 3-8 P.M. and on Saturday from 8:30 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will take place in Kingsbury Cemetery following the service.
Rita was born March 28, 1927 in Starke County, IN to Edwin D. & Geraldine (Ducat) Buell. She was married January 12, 1951 in La Porte to Joseph R. Ault who preceded her in death Feb. 13, 2004
She was a loving Mother to her two sons, Mike (Debbie) and Tom (Cindy) Ault both of La Porte and her Daughter: Marge (Paul) Schlundt of Chesterton. Other survivors are her 15 Grandchildren: Graham, Bo, Bob, Julie, Andrew, Joe, Kelly, Tracy, Michael, Barbara, Janet, Jesse, Karen, Randy, Marcia; 2 Great Grandchildren: Isaac and Isabella; Sister; Geraldine Minnick of Muncie, IN. & Brother, Lawrence Buell of Indianapolis; Sis.-in-law; Mary Ellen Ault of La Porte.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; 2 Brothers: Edwin & Glenn Buell and 1 Daughter: Judy Murphy.
She worked at Kingsbury School Cafeteria for 17 years. She was a great cook.
Rita was a member of Kingsbury Baptist Church, and Ladies Missionary of the church, Farm Bureau, Swanson Center, La Porte Camera and Travel Club, Charm and Chatter Home Extension Chapter., Potawatomi Chapter of Audubon Society.
