Roger Wayne Wolbert, age 53, of Mount Morris, MI, and formerly of La Porte, IN, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Select Specialty Hospital in Flint, MI.
He was born on January 2, 1962 in La Porte, IN, to William and Elizabeth Ann (Snyder) Wolbert.
Roger is survived by his sister, Carol (Raymond) Lukac of Kingsbury, IN; nephew, Matthew Lukac of Kouts, IN; niece, Alisha Lukac of Kingsbury, IN; two aunts, Carolyn (Allen) Warren of La Porte, IN and Margaret Williams of Cory, PA; and an uncle, Gordon (Bonnie) Snyder of Grand Rapids, MN. Roger enjoyed bowling and won several awards. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Roger graduated from New Prairie High School and worked at Kroger in La Porte for 19 years. He loved, and was loved dearly by his family.
Family and friends will be received from 5 - 7 PM on Friday, September 11, 2015 at Cutler Funeral Home And Cremation Center, La Porte, IN.
A cremation committal has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte. A private family burial will take place at Kingsbury Cemetery. Pastor Tim Williams will officiate.
