Scott Myer, 54, of LaPorte, Indiana, died at 3:00 a.m. on Monday, December 26, 2005 at his home.
A private family service will be held on Friday, December 30, at Swan Lake Memorial Gardens. Burial will be in Swan Lake.
Scott was born July 16, 1951, in LaPorte to Ralph and Lucille (Bunnell) Myer.
Surviving are sisters Penny (Bill) Smith of Connorsville, IN, Linda (Tom) Parker of Fort Wayne, IN and Lori (Garry) Schultz of Granger, IN and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
His parents and grandparents preceded him in death.
Scott had worked as custodian at Riley School for the LaPorte Community School Corporation. He was a 1970 LaPorte High School graduate. He was a also a member of the Indiana State Teachers Association.
