Serenity Lynn Isabelle Mendez - Joseph

Serenity Lynn Isabelle Mendez-Joseph, 2 days old, of La Porte, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at IU Health La Porte Hospital.

Serenity was born on October 23, 2018 in La Porte, IN, to Phillip Joseph and Adriana Mendez.

Surviving are her parents; 5 siblings, Nadia Joseph, Cody Joseph, Albert Mendez, Joseph Mendez, Adriana Mendez; 3 grandparents, Fernando Mendez, Griselda Mendez and Elizabeth Moyer; 7 aunts, Stephanie Castillo, Marcelina Mendez, Monique Mendez, Griselda Mendez, Danielle Mendez, Alyssa Mendez, and Hazel Rukowsky; and 2 uncles, William Joseph and David Joseph.

She was preceded by her great-grandparents, William Joseph and Marcelina Castillo.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12 pm (CT) on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Burial will follow at Pine Lake Cemetery.

A time of visitation will be held from 10 am (CT) until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
