Suellen Ross Johnson passed away at her home on Saturday November 24, 2012 at the age of 57. She was born on September 28, 1955 in La Porte, IN the daughter of the late Earl Carl & Mildred (Macedoni) Ross.
She is survived two children, Jill (Michael) Rosenbaum of Mill Creek and Brent Johnson of La Porte; three grandchildren, Jenna, Randall, & Laura Rosenbaum; one sister, Marsha Lamb of La Porte; one sister-in-law, Marian Russell Ross; and one brother-in-law, Astor Jay Frances of Upland, CA.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three siblings, Donald Ross, Judith Ann Frances, and Thomas Ross.
She had worked for American Rubber in La Porte and attended and was baptized at First Christian in La Porte. She was a very giving person who enjoyed decorating and loved her grandchildren, family, friends and her cats.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday November 30, 2012 at Cutler Funeral Home & Cremation Center in La Porte at 2PM with Pastor Michael Johnson officiating. Entombment will follow at Swan Lake Cemetery in Michigan City, IN.
Family & friends will be received from 6-8 PM on Thursday November 29, 2012 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
