Suzanne "Susie" Alice Pezzuto, 80, of La Porte, IN, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at her home.
Susie was born on May 26, 1944, in Brooklyn, NY, to Irving and Elonor Osseross.
Surviving Susie are her husband, David Pezzuto of La Porte; 3 daughters, Virginia, Greer, and Stephanie Summer, all of NY; stepchildren, Chris (Tammy) Pezzuto of Knox, Tim (Jackie) Pezzuto of Bremen, and Dawn (Randy) Scamehorn of North Liberty; and sister-in-law, Pat Harrison of Michigan City.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ileane Osseross; in-laws, Charles (Regina) Pezzuto; brother-in-law, Nick Pezzuto; and nephew, Chuck DePoy.
Susie was an actress for New York Broadway Shows, for many years. In New York, she also worked as a waitress at the Playboy Club, a bail bondman, as well as a telemarketer. Susie enjoyed watching tv and going for car rides.
Cremation has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
