Thomas C. Upham, Jr. 84 years old, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:30 PM on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Pastor Larry Clemons officiating.
A time of visitation will be held from 12:30 pm until the time of the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
