Tommy Lee Tipton, Sr., 53 years old of Celina, TN, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at his home.
He was born November 29, 1958 in Caraway, Arkansas, son of the late Cecil Tipton and Wanda (Hafford) Tipton Keeling.
Surviving are his mother, Wanda Keeling of LaPorte; wife, Karen C. Tipton of Celina, TN.; his sons, Tommy Lee Tipton, Jr. of LaPorte, Allen Gentry (Jeri) Tipton of Westville, IN., Cecil Tipton, Aaron Tipton, Justin Tipton all of Celina, TN., Jessica Tipton of Indianapolis, IN; nine brothers and sisters; Vickie Jean Fiore of Keil, WI., Harry (Connie) Utley of Wausaukee, WI., Ricky Tipton of Jonesboro, AK., Vickie (Wally) Wood of LaPorte, IN., Gary (Shelly) Tipton, Stillwell, IN., Benny Tipton of Walkerton, IN., Paula (Rusty) Fritz of Plainfield, IN., Cecil E. (Tracy) Tipton of LaPorte, IN., Patricia (Creig) Smith of Hudson Lake, IN; seven grandchildren, Jacob, Trenton, Destiny, Gentry, Samantha, Lolo Savannah (Lulu), Ava, and Isaiah; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father, Cecil Tipton; his brothers, Larry Tipton and Cecil (Robert) Utley; and step-father, Leon Keeling. .
Tommy loved to fish, cook and garden.
A time of visitation will be held from 4-7 PM on Friday, May 11, 2012. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday following the visitation at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Service with Rev. Monroe Jones officiating.
