Veronica "Ronnie" Lee Cook, 59, of La Porte, passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015 at her home.
Veronica was born in Akron, OH, on September 18, 1956 to Charles and Ruth (Alfman) Faulkenburg,
On February 25, 1994, she married Kenneth Lee Cook who survives. Also surviving are her mother, Ruth Marshall of La Porte, IN; beloved daughters, Angie Silverio of Naples, FL and Amanda Maltby of Alva, FL; step-sons, Matthew Cook of Paris, OH and Kenneth Cook of La Porte, IN; step-daughter, Natalie Bell of Walkerton, IN; nine grandchildren, Shelby, Jimmy, Olivea, Lincoln, Josh, Hannah, Skyler, Kashten, and Reese; sisters, Peggy (Frank) Levendoski of La Porte, IN and Tina (Grant) Tucker of La Porte, IN; brothers, Chuck (Terri) Faulkenburg of La Porte, IN and Danny Faulkenburg of FL; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Faulkenburg.
Ronnie loved her family, especially the grandchildren. She also enjoyed bowling and caring for her plants and flowers.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Cutler Funeral Home And Cremation Center at 4 pm on Friday, December 4, 2015. Pastor Roger Ash will officiate.
A cremation committal will take place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
